Iron is an essential mineral that helps in the production of normal red blood cells. It is an important component of hemoglobin which carries oxygen throughout the body, and may help maintain normal metabolic functions and provide a feeling of strength, vigor and vitality. This formulation also contains B-vitamins, Zinc, Copper and vitamin C. Copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body. B-vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Adults take one tablet daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
